Assistant - Production (Day, Swing & Graveyard Shifts Available)OverviewJoin a leading aerospace manufacturing team and start building a long-term career in the aerospace industry. We are seeking motivated Production Assistants to support finishing and packaging operations in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with opportunities for advancement into specialized areas including masking, anodizing, plating, and other aerospace processing functions.
Responsibilities- Package, wrap, and prepare finished aerospace components for shipment
- Follow written work instructions and quality standards
- Assist team members to maintain efficient production flow
- Support cross-training initiatives in masking and other production processes
- Perform general shop housekeeping and clean-up duties
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Assist with material handling and movement of parts throughout the facility
- Support additional production activities as needed
QualificationsRequired- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
- Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and willingness to learn new skills
Preferred- Machine operation experience
- Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment
- Previous aerospace, metal finishing, or manufacturing experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.30 - $19.30/hr.
