We are seeking motivated Production Assistants to support finishing and packaging operations in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with opportunities for advancement into specialized areas including masking, anodizing, plating, and other aerospace processing functions.

• Package, wrap, and prepare finished aerospace components for shipment
• Follow written work instructions and quality standards
• Assist team members to maintain efficient production flow
• Support cross-training initiatives in masking and other production processes
• Perform general shop housekeeping and clean-up duties
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with material handling and movement of parts throughout the facility
• Support additional production activities as needed

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
• Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn new skills

• Machine operation experience
• Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment
• Previous aerospace, metal finishing, or manufacturing experience

Based in Kent, WA, this facility is a premier aerospace metal finishing operation supporting some of the worlds leading aerospace manufacturers. Employees work in a dynamic production environment that utilizes Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles. The facility offers a variety of specialized aerospace processing services and provides ongoing opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

• Swing Shift
• Graveyard Shift

Overtime opportunities may be available based on production needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, WA.

The pay range for this position is $19.30 - $19.30/hr.
