Supports the Success & Performance Manager and working as a deputy.
Provides a smooth, satisfactory, and efficient training journey to Cadets to improve their welfare.
Acts as a focal point for all cadet inquiries and administrative activities for a smooth training journey.
Facilitates communication between cadets and instructors.
Manages and maintains documentation, training records, and database of Cadets.
Updates the system with necessary data, expiry dates, and validations of licenses, medical cards, and other documents as required by the GCAA/CAA and for audit purposes.
Coordinates with stakeholders to facilitate on-time training for Cadet Pilots; maintains and updates training reports in a systematic and confidential manner to ensure easy retrieval.
Provides budgeting report to finance and payroll for the cadets to Air Arabia Academy finance.
Organizes workshops or seminars on career development, leadership skills, and mental well-being.
Helps cadets set personal and professional goals.
Offers guidance and support to cadets on challenges related to adjusting to the program and others if applicable.
Collects feedback from cadets on their training experience.
Helps analyze data and identify areas for improvement in the program.
Facilitates licensing and certification processes for cadets.
Maintains sick leaves, duty roasters and enrolls cadets for courses on the Connect System.
